Eligibility

All products purchased from www.ZeeRosh13.com are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of the delivery date.

Customers must notify us of their intention to exchange or return an item within 3 days of receiving the order by contacting our customer support team or submitting a request through our Contact/Inquiry form.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) must be provided.

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the exchange or return process may take approximately 7–10 working days.

Exchange & Return Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • The customer fails to inform us within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

  • Original tags, labels, packaging, or invoice are missing.

  • The product is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.
